Homersfield Lake

One of the UK’s leading specimen lakes

Located within the
Waveney Valley in Suffolk

Homersfield Lake is a stunning 35-acre lake set in 70 acres of private, landscaped grounds and is regarded as one of the very best specimen fishing lakes in the UK. Homersfield village is nestled within the Waveney Valley, by the river that borders the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk, providing some of the most picturesque and unspoilt scenery in East Anglia.

We offer both full and winter memberships as well as two properties for couples and families to stay in. Kingfisher Lodge, which sleeps four and Five Islands House, which sleeps six, provides the opportunity to fish, relax, unwind and soak up the unspoilt haven of wildlife and beautiful views across the lake.

If you are feeling a little more adventurous, then walking, cycling or even canoeing on the river Waveney is a wonderful way to experience and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Waveney Valley and everything that the Suffolk and Norfolk counties have to offer.

About us

As a family, we have been involved in carp fisheries and carp farming across the UK for over six decades. At Homersfield Lake, we now offer limited full and winter memberships for fishing, allowing anglers to experience some of the finest specimen fishing in the country.

We have two beautiful properties available to rent, where guests can enjoy fishing on the lake during their stay.

We also offer high-quality coarse fish from our holding ponds, and our history spanning more than 60 years is documented in our films, available to view on our YouTube channel.
